Do you create custom mobiles?

Yes. I can create custom colorways for many of the mobiles. You can select "Custom Colours' from the drop-down menu on most items. Just contact me to discuss if needed, I will do my best to make something that you absolutely love! Custom mobiles are not eligible for discounts or promotions.

How do the mobiles hang?

A metre of fishing line is included with each mobile, so they can be easily hung from a small hook in the ceiling. My mobiles are not toys for children and are intended for decoration only. If you are going to hang one of my mobiles in a child’s room it should be hung well out of arms reach and as the child learns to stand you should adjust the mobile again.

What if this is a gift?

All my products are beautifully packaged and can be given as gifts. I don't include invoices or price tags with my products, so they can be shipped directly to the recipient. If you would like me to add a card, please email me to let me know your wording.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. To the USA and Europe delivery is between 10 and 15 working days minimum, in rare cases 30 days maximum. Australian customers should expect a longer wait as items go through a strict customs clearance, so please allow 15-30 days at most.

All items are made to order and my current processing time is up to 14 days, though it is often quicker than this. Once shipped 6-14 days shipping time is typical but it can be up to 6-8 weeks for transit. You will be notified via email when your item has shipped.

* If you are working to a deadline please let me know your dates, as I cannot be held responsible for orders that don't reach their destination on time if you didn't factor in the maximum shipping times. Please take the time to read my shipping policies carefully!

International buyers are responsible for any customs fees.

What if my item is lost or damaged in transit?

If your package is damaged please notify me immediately and I will work with you to resolve the issue at no cost to you. If an order doesn't arrive with the buyer within 40 working days of sending (barring extraordinary delays due to postage strikes, extreme weather or political events), I will re-send a replacement, but this will happen one time only. After that, it's unfortunately a loss for both of us.

Is my information secure?

Yes. I respect your need for privacy and therefore will never share your personal information with a third party. I use a PayPal shopping cart because it is secure, trusted, and user friendly. Also you do not need a PayPal account to purchase. You can easily proceed with payment using a Visa, Mastercard or American Express at Paypal without setting up an account.

Do you accept returns?

Yes. Your satisfaction is very important to me. If you change your mind about the things you have bought, you can return them within 30 days of your purchase date. If they are still in the condition in which I sent them to you, I'll give you a refund on your purchase, but shipping costs are non-refundable. All items must be returned in original condition at the purchaser's expense before any refunds will be issued. I apologize, no refunds can be given on custom items, please make sure you are certain of your choices when placing the order.
