Policies

Shipping:
Shipping within South Africa is done via overnight courier, to your door. 

For international orders, I use a very reliable postal service.  If you need your order to arrive sooner, there is an option to expedite your shipping.  All expedited international orders are shipped via DHL and take 2-4 working days to reach you.  Expedited orders within South Africa are shipped via a very reliable domestic courier, and are sent overnight to major centres.

I like to make sure that each and every one of my hand-made products is just right, and this takes time. I have a turnaround time of up to 14 days. If the transaction takes place over a weekend, this time is counted from Monday morning.

Shipping from South Africa to the USA and Europe takes 10 -15 working days minimum. Australian customers should expect a longer wait as items go through a strict customs clearance, so please allow 15-30 days at most.

Please do note that orders can be delayed due to circumstances that are entirely beyond my control, and I allow up to 40 working days from shipping to delivery. Please do get in touch with me directly should you be concerned regarding your order.

DEADLINES: If you are working to a deadline please let me know your dates BEFORE purchasing, as I cannot be held responsible for orders that don't reach their destination on time if you didn't factor in the maximum shipping times, plus my turnaround time. I will make every effort to get your order to you in time for your deadline. Please take the time to read my shipping policies carefully before purchasing.

Please remember that shipping around any holiday can be very unpredictable, so it's best to order your items in advance to avoid disappointment.

IMPORTANT NOTE: International buyers are responsible for any and all Customs Charges, Taxes & Additional Postal Fees

Refunds & Exchanges:

Everything in my shop is hand-made with great care and attention to detail. I am passionate about developing my brand, down to the last detail: that means that I will not compromise on quality (from production, delivery, to after sales service), so you can rest assured that any item you purchase from my shop will be carefully crafted, beautifully packaged, and well worth the price tag.

So, If you are not entirely happy with the things you bought, you can return them to me. If they are still in the condition I sent them to you, I'll give you a refund on your purchase and initial shipping costs. You will however have to cover the return shipping costs yourself.

If an order doesn't arrive within 30 working days of sending, I will re-send a replacement order at my expense, but can only do this once.

MISSING GOODS
If an order doesn't arrive with the buyer within 40 working days of sending (barring extraordinary delays due to postage strikes, extreme weather or political events), I will re-send a replacement, but this will happen one time only. After that, it's unfortunately a loss for both of us.

RETURNING GOODS
If you change your mind about the things you have bought, you can return them within 30 days of your purchase date. If they are still in the condition in which I sent them to you, I'll give you a refund on your purchase, but shipping costs are non-refundable.

NB: Before returning an item, please send an email letting me know what you plan to do.

DAMAGED GOODS
If the item you received is damaged, or somehow unsatisfactory, please get in touch with a photo of what is at issue. Any damaged goods supplied by me will be replaced.

Additional Policies:

While I make every effort to portray the colours of my products accurately, please be aware that monitors do differ, and the display of colours may vary.
